A key highlight for 2025 is the upcoming President’s Dinner, which will take place on 14th June 2025 in the Members’ Dining Room of the Houses of Parliament. We are honoured to welcome RW Bro Sir David Wootton, Past Deputy Grand Master, Second Grand Principal of the Supreme Grand Chapter, and Lord Mayor of the City of London (2011–2012), as our esteemed Guest of Honour for what promises to be a memorable evening.
Membership at the Kent Club remains as accessible as ever, with an annual fee of just £10, making it one of the most cost-effective Masonic clubs in London. In terms of recent events, the Christmas Drinks held at The Hercules Pillars, Great Queen Street in December 2024 was a resounding success. Forty Brethren gathered for an evening filled with festive cheer, complimentary drinks, and lively conversation, creating a warm atmosphere of networking and camaraderie. The overwhelming enthusiasm demonstrated by attendees has ensured that this festive celebration will become an annual tradition.
Beyond the seasonal festivities, the Kent Club continues to host a diverse range of social and Masonic events. Regular visits and tours followed by social drinks and dining provide informal networking opportunities, while fine dining experiences and exclusive Lodge visits allow members to immerse themselves in the rich heritage and traditions of Freemasonry. Educational talks and guest speaker events further enrich the experience, offering insights into Masonic history, symbolism, and leadership that resonate with both new and long-standing Members.
Looking ahead, the 2025 calendar is filled with exciting prospects. In addition to the President’s Dinner, the club is planning an Annual Summer Social, exclusive Masonic tours of historically significant Lodges, and further enhancements to our digital platforms.
